Cast Iron Grey Stool

Ahhh I love a good grey color. These stools were originally my moms which she got second hand years ago! Her home started changing, these stools no longer went with the theme she had going on, and they obvoisly started to look a little tired as well. So I decided to give them a little face lift! I used a dark Cast Iron grey from FAT paint, chose a pretty simple/sterdy upholstrey, and aged some spots to give it a distinct look. I also kept the orignal gold kick plate, which makes it unique. The last two pictures displayed are the stools before their face lift.

Apple Green Childrens Table/Desk

I got this childrens table/desk for steal of a deal at a garage sale! I decided to paint it a nutral color so it can be used for both boys and gals to enjoy.  I tried a little something different this time, and covered the aging spots with somthing that FAT paint sells,  called Patina wax. I really like the look of the dark wax, because it tones down the bright apple green to give it a rustic appeal.

The multi-tone dresser!

My sister wanted to switch up her pine dresser a little bit. She wanted somthing unique looking, so we decided to paint it multi-toned and ageing it just a tad!

Robins Egg Blue

I know this isn't the greatest picture, but it is so hard to capture a mirror without yourself being in the picture! Anyway, I bought this mirror for really cheap at winners for only 30$ and decided to paint it to add a little color to my room. To add a sense of uniqueness and other function, I bought a hook from anthropolige to hang jewelery or scarves  on.

I Guess Everyone Loves White!

This is my moms corner cabinet in her dining room. I decided to paint this cabinet because the space was changing over the years and the cabinet didn't really follow after a while. So white it became! I added enough paint to change the look of it drastically, but not enough to cover the natural grooves from the solid pine.
